Learn moreAssessment
The choice of technique is based on clinical examination, ultrasound or CT findings, previous surgery, hernia size and the patient's general condition. A tailored plan is always discussed with the patient.
Recovery
Early walking and light activity are encouraged. Heavy lifting and intense abdominal exercise are gradually reintroduced according to the procedure and the patient's healing.
